Our mixer buckets are ideal for quick and cost-effective mixing of high quality concrete with very fast mixing rates made possible by the helical mixing auger which churns concrete and other aggregates to the centre of the bucket.

Our customers report rapid mixing in 4-5 minutes. Suitable for skid steer, excavators, tele-handlers, back-hoe loaders and loading shovels.

Electric control from the cab allows the operator to mix and pour using a single double acting hydraulic pair. The mixer shown on the tractor loader in the pictures is the 630 litre version with overall width 2.05 meters, 1.8 meters bucket mouth width and weight 780kg. Bucket sides are a noteworthy 12mm.

Back, front and bottom an impressive 8mm thickness. Makes ours stronger without excessive weight. Specification SMT4004MDGP max pressure 180bar max oil flow 125l/min.

The mixers have a hydraulic chain drive which is generously engineered with a 1 inch thick chain with adjustable tensioner and grease points for long life and reliability. Robust grill with convex profile allows easy bag breaking and adds strength. Grease points to prime bearing sealing and protection system. Front baffles made from 5mm steel plate to protect the bucket when it is scooping.

Triple scuff plates to protect the under-belly for long life. Helical auger (16mm X 22mm Hardox) turns aggregate to the centre where there is a central pouring outlet of 155mm diameter. The outlet is hydraulically opened and closed by electric push-button hand held control by the operator from the cab. Comes with hoses and cab control cable (12V) with solenoid and valve to provide full function on a single hydraulic service. This allows the operator full control from the cab when mixing and pouring using just a single double acting circuit. There is forward and reverse direction and the auger can be kept turning while the mix empties through the outlet. Cost added to basic price (bracket prices may vary).
