All as new ex JCB factory. Minor dent to tyres rim as pictured, tyres still. However a visual inspection will be undertaken and if any damage / punctures are seen by inspector will be noted however this is not to say the tyre doesn't have any defects. Presumed to come without innertubes unless stated in the description.
